E-Gate Technology at Atatürk Airport
For the e-Gate application, which will save speed and manpower in international departures at Atatürk Airport with its domestic production model, MIA Technology has placed two biometric pass systems on the arrival and departure floors of the airport in the first stage. In this application, where the passport police will not take part, for now, the passport will be checked automatically from the fingerprint and face recognition system introduced by the passenger in the system to be applied for the citizens of the Republic of Turkey, and after matching, the pass will be granted. This system, which passes through the cabin in 15 seconds, is used in different countries of the world.
