Compensation Policy

Compensation payments to the Company’s employees are carried out in accordance with the applicable labor laws and secondary legislation, as well as the Company’s Human Resources Policy, Personnel Regulations, and other procedures, systems, and regulations governing employee relations.

SEVERANCE PAY

Severance pay is paid, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable labor laws, to employees whose employment contracts are terminated under circumstances that entitle them to severance pay, or to their legal heirs in the event of the employee’s death. Such payments are calculated based on the employee’s length of service and salary. The severance pay ceiling in force at the time the employee becomes entitled to severance pay is applied.

NOTICE PAY

In cases where employment contracts are terminated in compliance with the applicable notice periods stipulated under labor laws, employees are granted the relevant notice period. If the notice period is not observed, notice pay corresponding to the applicable notice period is paid to the employee in accordance with the relevant legislation. Accordingly, employees are either granted the notice period along with job search leave, or, where it is deemed inappropriate to apply the notice period, compensation equivalent to the notice period is calculated and paid within the legal framework.
